Choosing your partners for your home project is an important decision. It takes time and good communication to build the trusting relationship needed to make a large remodel run smoothly. Here’s how we at Ebenezer like to see that relationship develop.
Discover
When you first reach out to Ebenezer, we will set up a 30-45 minute discovery call. This call allows us to get to know each other and we start learning what your vision is for your space. We discuss the scope of your project, your preferred timeline and your budget. Even if you don’t have answers on details of your project, we will discuss how we can partner with you through the Dream stage as a guide to the answers of scope, timeline, and budget to achieve your vision. After the call, we often ask for photos of the current space, inspiration pics, and any plans or layouts you have. We use these plus your outlined scope and desired finishes to create your ballpark estimate. If we believe we are a good fit for your project, we will provide you with a proposal or ballpark estimate for how we can partner together to re-envision your home. If your project is already well defined, we may recommend that we fast-forward to the Develop stage.
Dream
Many of our clients come to us without a project scope or budget. They have dreams of what they would like their home to become but often have difficulty envisioning how their needs for the future can be best achieved in their space. This is where our team at Ebenezer shines because we love the process of bringing definition to your dream. We start with a design retainer that will give a specified number of design and consultation hours. We’ll meet and collaborate with you on site and bring in other trusted professionals where needed to define the scope and budget that will reenvision your home to meet your needs for now and in the future.
Fuel Your Dreams
Develop
Once you have a defined vision for your project, we will work to create a detailed plan for how this will be accomplished. You will work with our design team and our trusted suppliers on selections. We work with our trade partners to outline every detail of scope and cost to provide you with a detailed and guaranteed quote. No one likes surprises on a remodel, so we give a lot of time to this stage to minimize any surprises through the project. The fee for the detailed quote covers the consultations, on sight visits, and coordination with trade partners. The fee will be set based on your project’s scope. The develop stage is complete when we sign the contract and can apply for permits!
Deliver
The communication and trust that we have established from the discover call continues through to completion as we deliver on our commitment to integrity, excellence, and investment. Your project manager and designer are in frequent communication throughout the project to keep you updated on the progress and to address any of your concerns. You will be given access to your project throughout and we will walk through the project at completion with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with your beautiful new space.
